Weekends are the death of me. All the eating out, and high tea goodness is playing havok with my health/weighloss kick!
So the 13kgs I mentioned some time ago here has been and gone, and well I kinda lost 5kgs since then (but 8kgs in total before that 13kgs goal set on the blog).. I still want to lose another 8-10kgs.
This week I'm going to start to get serious again about it.
I have been going pretty well with the C25K too, this week I start on Week 4, It's been fairly easy so far, but it's going to start to get harder, but I am determined to finish it! I'm hoping that will keep me going to the gym and motivated!
Fingers crossed I can finally reach my goal!!
