I need to get back into it!

Weekends are the death of me. All the eating out, and high tea goodness is playing havok with my health/weighloss kick!


So the 13kgs I mentioned some time ago here has been and gone, and well I kinda lost 5kgs since then (but 8kgs in total before that 13kgs goal set on the blog).. I still want to lose another 8-10kgs.
This week I'm going to start to get serious again about it.

I have been going pretty well with the C25K too, this week I start on Week 4, It's been fairly easy so far, but it's going to start to get harder, but I am determined to finish it! I'm hoping that will keep me going to the gym and motivated!

Fingers crossed I can finally reach my goal!!

  1. GOOD LUCK!! I always find my motivation is I know that I will feel better if I get up and go to the gym and If I don't and get just a bit extra sleep I will feel guilty all day...

  2. Very true. I usually go in the afternoons. Find it hard to get up early or the gym. Especially since it's dark later and coooold.
    Fingers crossed I reach the whole goal this time :p

  3. Good luck! I tried the C25k and it was an epic fail, but at the time I just wasn't into it. Running is fun though :)

  4. I'm hoping I can keep into it.. The 20min run in the Day 3 of week 5 (next week for me) is kind of scaring me.. I used to be able to just run until I was buggered and that was pushing 20mins, but haven't done it for a while and it's scaring me! lol.. I think it's a mental thing, so just got to think of how good it will feel after! (If i don't die)
