Today is day 3 (ONLY) of the 8 week challenge.
So far I have lost 1.6kg..
I know I probably shouldn't be jumping on the scales each morning but I need to know!
Each of the other girls have all lost at least 1kg each just over the first couple of days!
We're going great guns.... Now we just need to make sure it continues and that the weekend won't put us behind. It's usually where I fall down.
This weekend I don't really have anything on apart from going over to a friends place for a quiet one and we've deicided we'll get Thai for dinner. I'll be having a veggie (or may opt for chicken) Chilli and Basil Stir-fry (MY FAV).. No noodles or Rice.. and no entree!
I've been pretty good with having my shakes and not straying. I'm hoping I can continue on the same path just to get me heading in the right direction.
I still have some fav meals from the 12 Week Body Transformation I did that Michelle Bridges runs online so in a few weeks I'll start making sure I make some of those dinners/lunches up.
Tonight I turned down the offer of going out for dinner with some girlfriends but I knew that I will be having a yummy dinner on Saturday night so I'll just wait for that. I love Thai and it cannot come soon enough.
2 more days until the weekend.. This first week back to work is a hard one.
